One of the sweetest apples grown, with a dense, firm flesh and a clean finish. Long shelf life makes it a top performer for retail. Grover Auvil was among the first to plant Fuji in the Pacific Northwest.

Mild, sweet, and aromatic — Gala is the world's most widely grown apple. Our Gala benefits from the Wenatchee heat to develop exceptional colour and sugar content.
Gee Whiz™

Exclusive
Sep – Oct
Our proprietary variety — developed by the Auvil family through years of varietal selection. Hunnyz™ offers a distinctive honey-like sweetness with a rose-blush finish and exceptional aroma.
Premium
Jun – Jul
The most coveted cherry in the world. Our Rainiers develop their signature golden-blush skin and intensely sweet, low-acid flesh under the long sunny days of the Wenatchee growing season.
Gee Whiz™
Jun – Jul
Deep mahogany-red with rich, bold sweetness. Our Dark Sweet cherries are prized for their size, firmness, and intensity of flavour — exceptional fresh or preserved.
Not every piece of fruit we grow earns the Gee Whiz™ label. Only fruit that meets our minimum Brix rating, passes visual grade inspection, achieves a minimum diameter standard, and displays the deep colour development we demand makes the cut.
When you see the Gee Whiz™ mark, you are buying fruit that has been evaluated against standards we have refined over 35 years. It is the most honest guarantee in the premium apple market.

Our Process
Every step of our process is designed to preserve the natural quality of the fruit — from the moment it leaves the tree to the moment it reaches you.
We monitor Brix levels and colour development daily during the approach to harvest to pick at peak ripeness.
All fruit is hand-harvested by trained crews who handle each piece individually to prevent bruising.
Fruit is sorted by size, colour, and defect criteria. Only Gee Whiz™ grade fruit advances to premium packing.
Packed in controlled-atmosphere cold storage and shipped to retail, wholesale, and food service partners across the region.
